Frequently asked questions

What file formats do you accept?

PDF is our favourite, but we can accept jpg, tiff, and bmp as long as they're sized correctly. If you submit construction or architectural blueprints as a low res bitmap image, the print quality won't turn out properly and we will have to reach out for a different file.

What is your turnaround time?

If you can get us the files by 5pm PST, they will likely be ready by next business day. This all depends on our job volume but we will do our best to make sure that your deadline requirements are met. If the print job is large or if you have specialty requirements, this could vary.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with how the print turns out?

We always print a proof to confirm if the file will work to our standards. If there are issues with the print or we're not happy with the quality, we will make sure to contact you before proceeding with the full job. If you are still not happy, we will do what we can to make it right!

Do you offer volume pricing?

Absolutely! If you are a frequent customer or have a large print job (100+ sheets), we would be happy to offer a volume discount to ensure you get the most value out of your purchase. If you have any questions or require something specific, please contact us!
